Directions:
Dover’s Ferry Terminal is situated to the east of the town, at the Eastern
Docks. Routes are clearly signposted from the A2 or A20. Car parking is
in the Public Multi Storey Car Park within the Terminal.
Arrival Procedure:
Follow signs for the multi-storey car park. Proceed to the entrance barrier. The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation to the car park. Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car in any space from Level 3A upwards and transfer to the port. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.
Departure Procedure:
Drive to the exit barrier, the barrier will read your vehicle number plate and will open.If the barrier does not rise, press the button and quote your booking reference number.
Transfers:
The multi-storey parking is connected to the terminal.
Disabled Notes:
Suitable for disabled customers.
Extra Info:
This car park is not suitable for Hoverspeed Travellers. Height restriction of 2 metres within the multi storey car park. Traffic wardens in the office at the entrance of the car park can arrange a space for a high-sided vehicle.
