Directions:
Exit M11 at J8a (from direction of London) or J8 (from direction of Cambridge) following signs on the roundabout for Stansted. At the first roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Long Stay Car Park. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout pass the Hilton Hotel and take the next turning on the left into the Pink Elephant Long Stay Car Park.
Arrival Procedure:
Please take a entry ticket at the barrier and park in the zone indicated.
Departure Procedure:
On exit please do not drive directly to the barrier. Please DO NOT insert your credit / debit card into the entry / exit barriers as you will get charged again at the standard gate rate. Instead present your voucher and entry ticket at the manned kiosk (blue booth) in exchange for a exit ticket.
Transfers:
Operate 24 hours, every 15-20 minutes and take approximately 10 minutes. Please allow 45 minutes for check in and transfer to the terminal. For the return transfer please go to the Long Stay Car Park Bus Stop situated in front of the terminal building.
Disabled Notes:
Disabled car parking spaces are adjacent to all bus stops (Blue badge holders). All transfer buses accommodate wheelchairs with easy access. Should you require assistance there is a button to press on arrival.

Trailers are accepted at no extra charge. For motorhomes, you will need to park in zone Q,
then walk to the admin building to request the bus for transfer. Advise Pink Elephant reception on exit for assistance at barrier. No maxium vehicle size, transit
vans should park in zone Q.
