Directions:
Exit M11 at J8a (from direction of London) or J8 (from direction of Cambridge) following signs on the roundabout for Stansted Airport. At the first roundabout take the first exit signposted Long Stay car park. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, pass the Hilton Hotel and take the next turning on the left into the Long Stay car park.
Arrival Procedure:
Drive up to the entry barrier, where your car registration number will be read and recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and the barrier will lift. Park your car and transfer to the airport. If you have not entered your vehicle registration, this will prolong check-in. If you have any difficulty getting into the car park, please press the call button for help. It may help if you have your booking confirmation to hand.
Departure Procedure:
Drive to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket you were given when you came in and the barrier will open. If you have any problems, please show your booking confirmation and entry ticket to a parking attendant, or press the call button for help.
Transfers:
Operate 24 hours, every 15-20 minutes and take approximately 10 minutes. Please allow 45 minutes for check in and transfer to the terminal. For the return transfer please go to the Long Stay Car Park Bus Stop situated in front of the terminal building.
Disabled Notes:
Disabled car parking spaces are adjacent to all bus stops (Blue badge holders). All transfer buses accommodate wheelchairs with easy access. Should you require assistance there is a button to press on arrival.

Trailers are accepted at no extra charge. For motorhomes, you will need to park in zone Q,
then walk to the admin building to request the bus for transfer. Advise Pink Elephant reception on exit for assistance at barrier. No maxium vehicle size, transit
vans should park in zone Q.
