On Arrival -
Following the directions that we will supply, follow the arrivals signs when you get to the car park, park your vehicle, unload your baggage, including travel documents and booking voucher and go to reception. You will be asked for your booking voucher and your vehicle keys before you can board the courtesy coach to one of Heathrow's terminals. We always suggest that you arrive at least 30 mins before your check in time at the car park to give yourself enough time to transfer to the airport.

On Return -
You will be given information on what the return procedure is and where the courtesy bus will pick you up, but when you return to the car park, go to reception with your receipt received on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close to reception.

Transfers -
Courtlands runs a courtesy transfer that runs every 10-12 minutes, this coach travels to each terminal at Heathrow and run 24 hours. For transfers from the Airport, Coaches are located outside the terminals on the ground floor. Check the bus information panel on your vehicle receipt.

Security -

Disabled Access -
This car park is not recommended for blue badge holders, if you are needing disabled parking there are other providers that cater for disabled passengers.
