Coming from Hitchin A505: From Hitchin, as approaching Luton, pass the Hilton Hotel on your right, be careful speed camera ahead. At large roundabout, take second exit, passing fire station, at the next roundabout take first exit, at the next roundabout, take second exit, at the next roundabout take second exit, at the next roundabout take the first exit into the Airport, up hill to large roundabout, take the second exit, passing the Holiday Inn, under the tunnel, follow signs to drop off area, park up in one of the lanes, our driver will meet you there.
Arrival Procedure:
Please collect your luggage and clear customs before telephoning us, this is very important that you are actually ready to come out,
as there is only a ten minute waiting time. We will then bring your car back to the drop off area. Please have a £1 coin to exit the drop off area on your return as a new barrier
system has gone into operation and you will incur a fine if over the ten minutes by the registration of the vehicle.
Departure Procedure:

This car park will not accept any vans. Should you book and turn up in a van you will be turned away. A printed copy of your voucher must be taken to the car park as proof of payment. Please advise immediately if your return flight is cancelled or you will not be returning at the expected time. Additional charges will be payable to the car park if your return is not on the date stipulated.
PLEASE NOTE: If cancelled within 7 days of arrival NO REFUND will be given. Change of date: £5.00 admin charge, if more than 7 days before arrival.
